It's the perfect backdrop for making meaningful connections while enjoying the fresh ocean breeze. Throughout the night, we’ll be putting the spotlight on vital local business resources dedicated to empowering women in our community, alongside a lineup of inspiring presentations.
We are thrilled about this year's speakers, Sydney and Tiffany Myers, the mother-daughter duo behind the innovative beauty brand Glimmer Wish. Sydney, the founder, and Tiffany, the brand's Product Officer, have turned a family health journey into a mission to prove that clean, safe beauty products can be just as joyful, imaginative, and colorful as traditional options. Their inspiring vision led them to the national stage on Shark Tank, where they successfully earned the backing of two Sharks and established Glimmer Wish as a brand that refuses to compromise on safety or fun.

Sydney Myers is the Founder of Glimmer Wish, a Santa Barbara–based beauty brand dedicated to creating clean, thoughtfully formulated products that are as joyful and imaginative as they are safe. Inspired by her mother’s Lyme disease diagnosis and the lack of appealing clean beauty options available, Sydney set out to prove that wellness and whimsy could coexist. Glimmer Wish was born from that vision, offering products that bring together elevated design, delightful experiences, and cleaner ingredients.
Tiffany Myers, Product Officer at Glimmer Wish, is a Westmont College graduate whose personal health journey helped shape the foundation of the brand. After enduring years of unexplained symptoms, she was diagnosed with Lyme disease, an experience that transformed her family's approach to everything from the food they ate to the personal care products they used. This change profoundly influenced her daughter Sydney, who recognized the lack of fun, aesthetically appealing “clean beauty products” and set out to create a clean and fun alternative. Together with the support of Tiffany and entrepreneur Byron Myers, that vision evolved into Glimmer Wish—a brand founded on the belief that clean and fun beauty can coexist.
