About Women Soar Higher

Women Soar Higher is a nonprofit organization that creates an environment for Santa Barbara’s Women in Business to connect, learn, and grow through their local network, building a meaningful community with networking opportunities for anyone at any stage of their career journey. Participants include established business owners, aspiring entrepreneurs, and anyone interested in building and being part of a women-in-business community! Women Soar Higher unites participants to challenge one another to succeed physically, mentally, and in entrepreneurial strength! Since its successful launch event in 2022, the Women Soar Higher community has continued to grow, with monthly networking mixers hosted at women-owned businesses throughout Santa Barbara County.

Women Soar Higher is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women in business through education, mentorship, and community engagement. Our mission is to foster an inclusive environment where women entrepreneurs can thrive and contribute to the local economy—by providing programs for Santa Barbara’s women in business, such as free monthly networking mixers, an annual low-cost beach party, and a meaningful community to support them physically, mentally, and entrepreneurially.
